AAPT Continuing Education courses are evidence-based and focused on building practical skills. In all personal training settings, whether one-on-one training or group exercise, the fitness professional must provide programming that is at once challenging enough to produce physical change and sound enough to manage risk for the client. Because many circumstances call for special considerations and techniques, the workshops below are designed to help you improve your fitness practice by expanding your knowledge and skill set in specialized areas. We want you to leave each of these courses with the ability to immediately apply the content learned in a safe and confident manner.
AAPT Continuing Education courses are accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for Continuing Education Credit (CEC).
